7) Delivery
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders are typically processed within standard business timeframes and then handed to a courier for delivery.
We will take reasonable steps to meet indicated delivery timelines but are not liable for delays arising from causes beyond our control.
Delivery areas, options and charges will be shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. No PO Box addresses will be accepted. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an individual at least the age of majority. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the address provided.
We will supply goods to the delivery company in good order and take reasonable steps to ensure they arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order.
If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, the goods may be retained by the courier and a new delivery time will be arranged.
8) Returns and cancellations
Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@bellabaci.com. Cancelled orders will be refunded less a 10 percent administration fee. If goods have already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us and we will refund the price of the goods less administration and delivery charges within 14 days from the day notice of cancellation was given. If you do not return the goods or make them available for collection within 14 days of your order, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and will be charged for your order. Bellabaci reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been received if stock is unavailable or the quality does not meet our standards. In such cases, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Returns Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email info@bellabaci.com within 3 working days of receiving your order. Cancelled and or returned orders are subject to delivery charges, which must be paid by you unless the products are defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. For defective or damaged products, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
9) Billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, including orders placed under the same account, the same credit card, and or orders using the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and or billing contact details provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our judgment appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
